What areas do you cover?
We are based in Tonbridge Kent. We are ideally placed to service Tonbridge, Hildenborough, Hadlow, Paddock Wood and including the villages in between. We will also help clients further afield, please call or email us.
Can we meet you before booking?
Naturally. We offer a meet and greet service for all new customers where we can discuss your pets particular needs and outline our terms and conditions. In fact, we look forward to learning all about your pets and providing you with the service you need to look after them the best way possible.
Do you make regular visits?

Of course. By arrangement and subject to existing commitments, we will arrange with you a time to suit you.

We will also send you a message after the first visit to let you know we have got in safely and all is ok. If you could then send a message to let us know you have arrived home we would be grateful. We do worry that you may be delayed and the fur-babies haven’t been fed.

We are fully insured and have all been DBS checked for your peace of mind.

How far in advance do we have to book?

Booking in advance is always recommended to avoid disappointment. There may be occasions when you need to book a last minute visit or dog walk. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help where possible.

Please note: Holiday periods get booked up fairly quickly!

How do we pay?

Ideally by bank transfer. We also accept cash, which would be paid prior to the booking.

For house sitting and holiday bookings, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure your place. The remaining payment will be due 2-4 weeks before your booking.

Regular dog walks are to be paid at the end of each walking week. Ad hoc walks within 48 hours of the walk.

You are welcome to cancel a booking at any time. If you cancel a house sit or holiday booking within 14 days of the start of the booking you will be expected to pay 50% of the remaining cost. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to the start of your booking the full cost of the booking will be chargeable.

What do you do with the keys at the end of the service?

The security of your home is paramount to us and we will never leave a key outside, unless you have a key safe, or post it back through the letter box.

We will retain the key until we know you are back home and arrange to drop them back to you in person. A signature is required on return of the key.

Have you visited any Aardvarks or Zebras?

Whilst we feel we live up to the A to Z of pets and pet services, we are sad to say we have not yet had the pleasure of visiting an Aardvark or Zebra.

We have been to a wide variety of dogs and cats, rabbits, rats, mice, fish, tortoises, birds, Shetland pony and even a raccoon.

We look forward to meeting and learning all about your pets.
